Chintu Patel

CEO
Chintu Patel received his Masters in Science from Gujarat College, India in 1998. Soon after, Chintu made a decision to move to the United States to seek opportunities in the business world. In 1999, he moved to New York and began working retail as an hourly employee. After quickly picking up the customs and knowledge needed to run a business, Chintu relocated to San Diego, California in 2003 to start his own retail business. With the help of friends and family, he was able to borrow enough money to start his own retail business. After a few years, Chintu was able to expand his retail business to several locations in San Diego County. Chintu also saw opportunities outside of retail. In 2011, he became active in real estate investing in both multifamily and hospitality. In only a short few years, Chintu had gained enough knowledge and confidence to start his own development projects of building multifamily from the ground up. In 2014, Chintu put together a group, raised funds, and completed two profitable multifamily projects by 2018. This was the start of Apollo Developer. In 2017, Chintu partnered with Pratik to expand their development business.

Pratik Shah graduated from San Diego State University in 2013 with a Masters in Business Administration. Prior to that, he received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of California Riverside in 2009. Pratik was raised in the hospitality industry as both of his parents worked in motels his whole life. In 2010, Pratik began working in a motel owned by his family, while he went to Graduate School. After graduation, he took over as General Manager of the motel for 2 years gaining extensive knowledge in financing, business operations, and local city and state business laws. With this knowledge, Pratik was able to expand his family’s motel business over the next few years with an out of state boutique hotel in Arizona and a second branded motel in San Diego. In 2017, Pratik partnered with Chintu and joined Apollo Developer to continue Apollo Developer’s goals of building properties and businesses in multiple industries.

Dr. Jagdishkumar Patel

PARTNER AND ADVISOR
Dr. Jagdishkumar Patel received his MD in General Surgery from B J Medical College in 1993. With a desire to do more, Dr. Patel was able to receive a loan from family and friends to open a hospital in Ahmedabad, India. Dr. Patel now operates and oversees a highly trained staff of 150 at Anand Multi Specialty Hospital. Dr. Patel’s interest in land and real estate began in 1999. Since that time, he has invested in numerous properties and land in both India and the United States. All of Dr. Patels real estate knowledge is self taught. His first investments in the United states were done by self educating himself on American businesses and investment opportunities from India. His approach is to take educated risks and to learn from every investment, good or bad. Over the last 2 decades, Dr. Patel has grown both his real estate portfolio and medical business exponentially. His patience, long term vision, and love of learning have made him successful. From India, Dr. Patel helped Chintu get started in 2014 with his first development projects in San Diego. Dr. Patel works closely with Chintu and Pratik on all development projects providing long term strategy, mentorship, and advice.
